This website and the software application JpgKeywords are owned and operated by EedSoft.
By accessing this website, downloading the software, or purchasing a license, you agree to the terms and conditions described on this page.

JpgKeywords is distributed under a "try before you buy" model. You are encouraged to evaluate the software using the free version, which is fully functional with only one limitation: you can add up to 5 keywords per image. There is no time limit for evaluating the demo version.

2. Privacy Policy

We do not collect or store any personal information through this website or the JpgKeywords software.

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider FastSpring. Any personal information (such as your email address) that you provide during checkout is handled exclusively by FastSpring and subject to their Privacy Policy.

The software does not connect to the internet, and does not send or transmit any data from your device.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.
Because JpgKeywords is fully functional in its demo version and freely available for download, you are expected to evaluate the software before purchasing a license key.

4. License Terms

By purchasing a license, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the software on one computer at a time, for personal or professional use.

Redistribution or unauthorized sharing of license keys is prohibited.
